Neon fluoro white face paint.
Neon white is almost transparent when applied to the skin, however it really comes to life and glows bright white under uv black lights. Suitable for raves or nightclub events.
Use a small amount of water to activate the makeup and apply using a brush or damp sponge.
If you're looking for a full, opaque coverage white for skulls etc, this is NOT the product for you! Check out our regular matte white face paints.
